If I enjoy something, I'm usually happy to exclaim it. For example, watching the entire first series of Coach Trip in a matter of days - I see nothing wrong with that.

Guilty pleasures
I don't understand them. Unless, that is, they really are something to feel guilty about; murder, for example. And if you felt guilt, you probably wouldn't find it pleasurable.

It can't be that bad
Today was fun, as expected. I went to Sam's house where we watched loads of puerile/tacky/crappy TV (informercials, World's Worst Husband and Take Me Out, anyone?) before baking, icing and decorating mini chocolate sponge cakes. All in all, highly enjoyable.
It's the half term and I'm making a mental agenda for my work. So far, it is as follows:
It's the half term and I'm making a mental agenda for my work. So far, it is as follows:
- Finish Drama portfolio. There isn't too much of this, it's just important to go into plenty of detail wherever possible.
- Complete the first question/'mini essay' of my History coursework. As long as I do a paragraph each day it should go as planned.
- Summarise work on The Poor for History revision on one to two sides of A4. This will definitely be a useful exercise so that's not a problem.
- Have a good venture into the Statistics coursework. This is a little complicated and I think my maths teacher, great though he is, could have explained it to the class a little better. Nonetheless, he'll be checking it to make sure everything's alright, so as long as I write up my hypothesis and start some of the calculations hopefully everything will be alright.
- Sections One and Two of the Chemistry homework booklet. I really enjoy Chemistry (and everything scientific, really) so this is no problem.
- If possible, fill in as much as possible in my French and Spanish Oral Booklets. Though this can seem a little tedious, I just let it flow and write as I do in English, so it's really not as terrible as it seems and this isn't an urgent matter.
- If I have any spare time, maybe do a little revision. This isn't pressing at the moment, but I want to use every bit of my time wisely. A few Maths questions wouldn't go amiss, and I must admit they can be quite enjoyable, too. Perhaps some English Language and Literature practice as well.

So, the other day I jokingly said to my father 'I could audition for Skins next year'
Jokingly because although that would be amazing, you probably know what goes on in Skins. So I was shocked when my dad sincerely replied 'Yeah, I think you should; you've always wanted to be an actress'. Well, people surprise you all the time.
But, regardless, I'd do it if the opportunity came up. Now that would be something to put on your CV.
"Christian sees a man with a bent penis which needs straightening out while Pixie provides advice on flatulence to the people of Cardiff."
You just know the new series of 'Embarrassing Bodies' is going to be good with a description like that.

As soon as a character in a book says 'I wasn't hungry', I lose any and all hints of respect for the author
Also, the new series of Skins starts tonight, which is always something to look forward to, but me being the conscientious student that I am (*cough* I still have a bedtime *cough*), I'll watch it tomorrow on V+. I suppose it'll be a pleasant start to the weekend, along with my Graze box.

I do Valentine's Day ironically
Perhaps I'll spend it with Sam, my dear friend who just so happens to be a boy, doing fun non-romantic things like watching shopping channels and baking cakes or even playing the Ocarina on his iPhone. I've never had a romantic Valentine's Day and that's absolutely fine. I've actually never had a romantic day in my life, but again that's fine. That part of my life is in quite a happy, latent state.

Oh yes, on a nice note...
I spen the day at Sam's house. First we made chocolate cakes with icing and Smarties which first looked lik poo as Sam said but turned out very nice. Hence, we ate 7 each :)
After that we went bike-riding through a local park but the whole venture lasted about 10 minutes as that was all it took to ride through the park and back. After that we watched some really random channels that he gets because of Sky including numerous religious channels, virtual horse riding and Cowboy Dan teaching good manners and persuading children that 'cowboys don't need guns to have fun'. we also watched various JML shopping channels which provided entertainment that no one would have forecast.
All in all, it's been a nice day. Seeing both Hershi and Sam in one week has been great :D

Could things be working out, maybe?
I didn't do much today. First I ate BBQ beans and fried mashed potato and then my mum went to town and I basically just watched TV from then on. First I watched 'You Have Been Watching' which takes a cynical look at some of the TV of the week. That was amusing and made me want to watch the programme in which an elephant, a crocodile, a giraffe and a whale are dissected. Next I watched 'The TNT Show' which is puerile according to my dad, and I kind of agree, however it's still mildly enjoyable though a bit too scripted to allow any of the presenters' potential and latent charisma shine through.
After that was a programme about the world's oldest mothers who were impregnated via IVF. It does seem very wrong for a 70-year-old women to carry a baby and I think the upper age limit for IVF should be about 50 or perhaps 55 at a push. The concept of this does seem a bit strange to me as these women's eggs have been used up so they have to use donor eggs and that, of course, makes them not the biological mother at all. However, I'm not against adoption and it's a similar idea in that respect.
Finally, I watched a programme called 'Boob Job - My Big Decision' which followed two girls, one 17, one 13(!), who wanted breast implants and embarked on a journey which tried to put them off it. In the end it worked and it was very intriguing however some of the links that were made between wanting larger breasts and other factors in their life were a bit sketchy.
I'm supposed to be going bike-riding with Sam this weekend but I don't know what day or anything like that. But it sounds nice. I'm going to London from Monday to Wednesday which will, of course, be good. London's never disappointed me, hence the reason that I'm determined to live there from the age of 18.
In London, I want to go to a proper sushi restaurant. Not just Yo! Sushi. I'd love to go to Nobu, but I doubt they'd have many vegetarian options. Might see some celebrities in there, though.
